The token exchange at PancakeSwap is a simple way to trade one BEP-20 token for another via an automated liquidity pool.

The liquidity provided to the exchange comes from Liquidity Providers ("LP") who stake their tokens in the "Pool". As a key, they get FLIP tokens (PancakeSwap Liquidity Provider), which can also be wagered to get CAKE tokens on the "farm".

When you exchange tokens (trades) on an exchange, you will pay a 0.2% trading fee, which is broken down as follows:

0.17% - Returned to the liquidity pool in the form of correcting the deficiency for liquidity.
0.03% - Sent to the PancakeSwap Finance Department.
